Information Technology Assessment and Roadmap

CAS team provided advisory services to analyze the customer’s current IT services and target state IT services model to gauge alignment with industry standard Service Delivery Models.  Assessment scope included Service Desk (L1 and L1.5 support), IT Provisioning, Inventory Management (workstations, Kronos Clocks, etc.) and Device Disposal, specialized level 2 Application and Services Support, and staff augmentation services.  Utilizing our assessment services, we eveloped future state roadmap of services and solutions to align with industry best practices, and developed and recommended options for acquisition and implementation of these IT support services, including the development and deployment of ITSM processes and support.
